Outlook Install Guide

Add your custom signature to Outlook desktop or Outlook on the web.

  1. 01

Open the signature file we send you

Open the rendered signature link in your browser so you see the finished, formatted version.

  2. 02

Select and copy the whole signature

Click above the signature, drag to select it all, then copy it.

  3. 03

    Open Outlook signature settings

In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures (on the web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply).

  4. 04

Create a new signature and paste

Click "New," name it, click into the editing box, and paste. Outlook preserves the layout, images, and links.

  5. 05

Assign it to new messages and replies

Under the signature dropdowns, set your new signature for new messages and for replies/forwards, then click OK.

Note: Outlook sometimes compresses pasted images. If your logo looks soft after pasting, let us know — we can send an alternate version sized specifically for Outlook.
