Gmail Install Guide
Install your custom signature in Gmail in about two minutes.
- 01
Open the signature file we send you
You'll receive a link to your rendered signature — open it in your browser. This shows the finished, formatted signature, not raw code.
- 02
Select and copy the whole signature
Click just above the signature, then click-drag to select the entire block (or use Select All), and copy it.
- 03
Open Gmail signature settings
In Gmail, click the gear icon → "See all settings" → the General tab → scroll to the Signature section.
- 04
Create a new signature and paste
Click "Create new," name it, then click into the editor box and paste. Gmail keeps the formatting, links, logo, and layout intact.
- 05
Set it as default and save
Set your new signature as default for new emails and replies, then scroll down and click "Save Changes."
Note: Gmail's mobile app does not support adding rich HTML signatures directly — install on desktop first, and your signature will still appear on emails you send from your phone.
