Apple Mail Install Guide
Add your custom signature to Apple Mail on macOS.
- 01
Open the signature file we send you
Open the rendered signature link in your browser to see the finished, formatted version.
- 02
Select and copy the whole signature
Click above the signature, drag to select it all, then copy it.
- 03
Open Apple Mail signature settings
In Apple Mail, go to Mail → Settings (or Preferences) → Signatures, and select the account you want to add it to.
- 04
Create a new signature and paste
Click the + button to add a new signature, then click into the preview pane on the right and paste.
- 05
Assign it to your account
Make sure the new signature is selected in the "Choose Signature" dropdown for that account.
Note: by default, Apple Mail may strip some formatting when "Always match my default message font" is enabled in Settings → Composing. Turn that off to keep your signature's fonts and colors intact.
